Africa Panda Equipment Company Limited is seeking a skilled Wheel Loader Operator to join our team in Dar es Salaam. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating heavy machinery to move materials efficiently and safely across our sites. You will ensure that all operations are conducted in accordance with company safety standards and that the equipment is maintained in top working condition.
This role requires a dedicated individual with proven experience in heavy equipment operation. Candidates must be able to perform daily machine checks, identify mechanical issues early, and follow operational procedures strictly. Key Requirements
Certificate of Secondary Education (Form IV) or equivalent.
Valid operator's license for wheel loaders.
Minimum 2 years of proven experience.
Deep knowledge of heavy machinery safety procedures.
Ability to conduct daily equipment inspections.
Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
Physically fit and able to work in demanding environments.
Good communication skills in English and Swahili.
Ability to work under minimum supervision.
Proactive attitude toward equipment maintenance.
