Our client is seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support office operations, records management, stakeholder engagement, and administrative coordination. This role is crucial for ensuring smooth daily functions.
Key responsibilities include coordinating daily office operations, managing records, correspondence, and documentation, and supporting various meetings, workshops, and events. The role also involves providing essential customer service and stakeholder support, as well as assisting management and departmental teams with diverse administrative functions, ensuring all tasks are handled efficiently and professionally.

Key Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, HR, Office Administration, Secretarial Studies, or related field
Minimum 3 years' experience in administration or office management
Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Excellent organizational abilities
Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
Fluency in English and Swahili is preferred
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
Proactive approach to problem-solving and task management
Experience with records management and documentation systems
Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload effectively in a fast-paced environment
