ACCOUNTANT – FINANCE DEPARTMENT @ AFRICA BIOSYSTEMS LIMITED
Africa Biosystems Limited is looking for a dedicated and experienced Accountant to join their Finance Department in Nairobi, Kenya. You will be responsible for inventory control, identifying and resolving discrepancies, and managing vendor accounts effectively. Additionally, the role involves ensuring tax compliance, preparing statutory filings, and providing support during audit preparations to maintain the highest standards of financial integrity.

Key Requirements
Bachelor of Commerce (Finance/Accounting)
CPA-K certification
Minimum 4 years’ professional accounting experience
Proficiency in ERP systems, preferably Oracle NetSuite
Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
In-depth knowledge of tax compliance and statutory filings
Experience in inventory control and discrepancy resolution
Ability to perform comprehensive financial reporting and reconciliations
Proven track record in vendor account management and relations
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail in record-keeping
