SALES AND MARKETING OFFICER @ AFREX
Afrex is actively seeking a passionate Sales and Marketing Officer to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial for expanding our market presence and driving business growth across Tanzania. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in promoting Afrex Express courier and logistics services to both corporate and individual clients, playing a key role in our mission to deliver more to our customers.
Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and contributing to marketing campaigns and brand promotion activities. The officer will also be responsible for preparing comprehensive sales reports and providing market intelligence updates to support strategic decision-making. Key Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Logistics, Sales, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in courier, logistics, transportation, e-commerce, or related industries.
Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
Ability to identify new business opportunities and achieve sales targets.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and digital marketing tools.
Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
