SENIOR SAP SUCCESSFACTORS CONSULTANT @ AFFY CLOUD SOLUTION
Affy Cloud Solution is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to join a high-impact project based in Dubai. This onsite, contract-based role is designed for a professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and possesses deep functional expertise across multiple SuccessFactors modules including Employee Central, PMGM, and RCM. The project duration is estimated at 6 to 8 months with an immediate start requirement. The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end implementation and optimization of the SuccessFactors suite. Key duties involve managing core HR data and position management, configuring performance and goal management cycles, and streamlining talent acquisition workflows. You will also be expected to coordinate with technical teams for integrations and provide essential post-go-live support to ensure operational excellence.
Key Requirements
Minimum of 6+ years of hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation and support.
Proven track record of configuring Employee Central (EC) modules including position management.
Expertise in Performance and Goal Management (PMGM) cycles and form template configuration.
Experience with Recruiting (RCM) and Onboarding (ONB) 2.0 workflows.
SAP SuccessFactors Professional Certification in at least two of the required modules is highly preferred.
Ability to manage stakeholder expectations in an onsite client environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in handling global benefits configuration and core HR data.
Technical ability to coordinate with integration teams for system synergy.
Capacity to provide high-quality post-go-live support and hypercare.
Must be currently based in or willing to relocate to Dubai for the duration of the contract.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment on high-impact projects.
