SENIOR MOBILE DEVELOPER (REACT NATIVE) @ AE TALENTS GROUP
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Senior Mobile Developer specialized in React Native to join our rapidly expanding team and build scalable, high-performance mobile applications. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering robust React Native applications while writing clean, efficient, and secure code. You will work closely with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to transform complex requirements into seamless user experiences.
The ideal candidate will possess over eight years of experience in mobile development and have a deep understanding of the full mobile application lifecycle. Beyond technical implementation, you will be responsible for implementing automated testing, troubleshooting and enhancing existing applications, and potentially providing leadership or mentoring to junior developers. This is a remote, long-term contract position starting as soon as possible, requiring a high level of autonomy and strong communication skills.

Key Requirements
8+ years of expertise in mobile application development.
Strong hands-on experience working specifically with React Native.
Proven experience with automated testing frameworks including unit, integration, and load testing.
Demonstrated experience working in an Agile development environment.
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills for complex mobile environments.
Ability to write clean, efficient, and secure code following industry best practices.
Previous leadership or mentoring experience for junior developers is highly preferred.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills for remote teamwork.
Proficiency in implementing shift-left testing and modern CI/CD approaches.
Solid understanding of mobile application architecture and state management.
Experience with version control systems such as Git.
