APPLICATION SUPPORT SPECIALIST – RCM @ ADSCC
We are seeking a dedicated Application Support Specialist – RCM to join our healthcare team in the United Arab Emirates. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of Patient Administration functions, including registration, appointment booking, and complex workflows. The specialist will be responsible for end-to-end Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) support, covering billing, insurance, and claims processing. The candidate will collaborate closely with application vendors to handle system upgrades, enhancements, and issue resolutions, ensuring that all healthcare systems operate at peak efficiency. This position involves working within the UAE healthcare landscape, potentially covering regions such as Dubai and Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise in InterSystems TrakCare and a comprehensive understanding of the UAE's specific healthcare regulations and integration platforms like Shafafiya and Malaffi. Beyond daily support, the role involves managing RCM master data, performing rigorous technical and functional testing for new features, and assisting business teams with critical revenue validation and reporting tasks. Strong communication skills and a proficiency in Microsoft Excel are essential for documenting processes and following up on incident tickets within an ITIL-based framework to ensure seamless service delivery.
Key Requirements
Hands-on experience with InterSystems TrakCare (RCM workflows).
Strong understanding of UAE healthcare revenue cycle, insurance, and claims processes.
Knowledge of ITIL-based support processes including incident, change, and go-live management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel with strong communication and follow-up skills.
3–5 years of experience working with TrakCare in the UAE healthcare environment.
Proven ability to perform technical and functional testing for system updates and new features.
Experience in managing RCM master data within a complex healthcare system.
Ability to support critical system integrations such as Shafafiya and Malaffi.
Capability to assist business teams with revenue validation, reconciliation, and reporting.
Strong analytical skills to coordinate with application vendors for issue resolution and enhancements.
