Adma Agency is currently seeking a motivated and creative Digital Marketing Officer to join our dynamic team. This role is specifically designated for female candidates who are passionate about digital growth, brand visibility, and lead generation. The successful candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies that drive engagement and conversions across multiple channels. You will play a pivotal role in managing our online presence by producing high-quality content, including social media posts, reels, and engaging videos tailored to our target audience. In addition to content creation, you will take charge of direct sales initiatives via direct messaging, WhatsApp, email, and telephone, ensuring that all leads are nurtured from initial qualification through to successful closing. We are looking for someone who can effectively run, monitor, and optimize advertising campaigns, providing analytical reports on performance metrics such as KPIs and ROI to ensure business objectives are consistently met. This position offers a competitive monthly salary of TZS 500,000/=. Key Requirements
Proven experience in digital marketing and sales
Strong proficiency in social media platforms and content creation
