Acquisition 416 is seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Coordinator based in Dar es Salaam to join their growing team. The primary focus of this role is to support the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing talent to facilitating the onboarding of new hires. You will play a crucial role in managing candidate pipelines and ensuring that every applicant has a professional and positive experience while interacting with the company.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in recruitment or talent acquisition roles.
Strong verbal and written communication and coordination skills.
Good knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes and interview coordination.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Experience using HR systems or recruitment platforms (ATS) is an added advantage.
Ability to maintain and update recruitment trackers and candidate databases accurately.
Proven ability to source and screen candidates through different recruitment channels.
Capacity to support onboarding and documentation processes for new employees.
