The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will play a pivotal role in the human resources department, focusing on the end-to-end recruitment process to secure top-tier talent. Key Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Good knowledge of recruitment processes and interview coordination.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Experience using HR systems or recruitment platforms is an added advantage.
Proven ability to manage and update recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
Ability to support documentation processes for new employee onboarding.
Strong interpersonal skills to maintain a professional candidate experience.
Capacity to assist in employer branding and talent pipeline initiatives.
