Key Requirements
Proven experience in Accounting
Strong knowledge of accounting procedures and financial reporting standards (e.g., IFRS/GAAP)
Demonstrable experience within the Mining Sector, which will be considered a significant advantage
Proficiency in relevant accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle Financials)
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all financial records
Ability to prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts
Knowledge of local tax regulations and compliance requirements
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, for liaising with internal and external stakeholders
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
