Key Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration.
Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in a marketing or communications role.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media management, and content creation.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Swahili.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management capabilities.
High level of proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to monitor market trends and translate customer insights into actionable strategies.
Understanding of SEO, paid media, and marketing funnels.
Ability to coordinate events and media relations effectively.
Willingness to learn and utilize AI tools and marketing dashboards for performance tracking.
