IT MANAGER @ ACHYUTAM INTERNATIONAL
Achyutam International is seeking an experienced IT Manager with a strong background in the manufacturing industry to join their team in Dar-es-Salaam, Tanzania. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing the plant-wide IT infrastructure, network operations, and system security. This critical role ensures authorized access to company systems, data, and applications, and involves the implementation and maintenance of robust IT policies and procedures. A key aspect of the role is monitoring and ensuring smooth communication across factory network hubs, including SAP networks, as well as managing the connectivity and performance of IQS systems and network switches.
Further responsibilities include the routine inspection and maintenance of fiber networks, cabling, and terminations, alongside monitoring CCTV systems and mobile connectivity. The IT Manager will provide essential end-user support, troubleshoot IT-related issues, and supervise the maintenance of all IT assets such as desktops, laptops, printers, and scanners. This role also involves ensuring proper cable management, conducting daily IT review meetings to address operational challenges, and maintaining network diagrams while reviewing existing VLAN architecture. Manufacturing industry experience is mandatory, and candidates should possess strong knowledge of networking, VLANs, fiber optics, SAP connectivity, and CCTV systems, coupled with excellent team management capabilities.

Key Requirements
Ensure authorized access to company systems, data, and applications.
Implement and maintain IT policies and procedures.

Proven experience as an IT Manager or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of networking, VLANs, fiber optics, SAP connectivity, CCTV systems, and IT infrastructure management.
Hands-on troubleshooting skills with excellent team management capabilities.
Manufacturing industry experience is mandatory.
