CHIEF PROJECT DELIVERY MANAGER @ ACHYUTAM
The Chief Project Delivery Manager will serve as an accomplished leader heading end-to-end sugar operations in Nigeria. This strategic role involves driving excellence across plantation development, cane farming, sugar milling, and refining. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing utilities, logistics, and overall commercial performance within a globally recognized organization focused on agro-processing and manufacturing.
The role encompasses leading integrated plantation and refinery operations, optimizing cane supply, and enhancing crushing efficiency. Key responsibilities include managing agronomy, harvesting, irrigation, and estate mechanization. Furthermore, the leader will oversee milling, refining, packaging, and storage operations while driving maintenance reliability and EBITDA growth. This position requires building high-performing cross-functional teams and ensuring full compliance with HSE, sustainability, and regulatory standards.

Key Requirements
Minimum 15 years of professional experience in the sugar or agro-processing industry.
Strong expertise in sugar cane agronomy, including harvesting and irrigation management.
Proven leadership in large-scale industrial and agri-operations with a focus on factory management.
Expertise in sugar milling, refining, packaging, and storage operations.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Agronomy from a recognized institution.
Master of Business Administration (MBA) is highly preferred for strategic leadership roles.
Deep understanding of HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment), sustainability, and regulatory compliance.
Demonstrated ability to drive maintenance reliability and cost control measures.
Proven track record in optimizing EBITDA growth and commercial performance.
Experience in estate mechanization and modern agricultural practices.
