PROJECT MANAGER @ ACENPRO
Acenpro is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead major construction initiatives in Dar es Salaam. Key Requirements
10+ years experience in mid-to-large scale building projects.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage large teams.
Deep knowledge of Dar es Salaam's construction landscape and regulations.
Track record of successful project delivery on time and within budget.
Strong project planning, scheduling, and milestone tracking abilities.
Financial management expertise including budgeting and cost control.
Excellent communication and team coordination skills.
Proficiency in project management software such as MS Project or Primavera.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Construction Management or a related engineering field.
Ability to manage site safety, compliance, and environmental standards.
