BUSINESS ANALYST- BUSINESS PERFORMANCE & INSIGHTS @ ACCESS BANK PLC
Access Bank Tanzania is seeking a highly skilled and analytical professional to join our Business Performance & Insights team. In this role, you will play a critical part in shaping the future of our business operations by analyzing performance data and providing actionable insights to drive strategic decision-making. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify market trends, evaluate business health, and ensure that our strategic objectives are aligned with overall bank performance.
The successful candidate will be responsible for creating detailed reports, developing forecasting models, and delivering presentations to senior management. You will be based in our Dar es Salaam office, where you will contribute to maintaining our position as a leader in the banking industry. Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in business analysis or performance management
Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience in financial modeling and strategic forecasting
Deep understanding of banking operations and regulatory requirements
Ability to translate complex data into business-ready insights
Proven ability to work effectively within a team-oriented environment
High level of integrity and professional ethics
