Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Public Relations, Journalism, or Marketing
3 - 5 years of relevant professional experience in communications or PR
Proven ability to develop and implement communication strategies
Excellent writing and storytelling skills
Strong understanding of the Tanzanian media landscape
Demonstrated project management and organizational skills
Creative, strategic, and solution-oriented mindset
Ability to manage multiple client accounts and meet strict deadlines
Experience in agency environments is highly desirable
Proficiency in digital content creation across various platforms
