ACCOUNT MANAGER @ ABSTRAT
We are seeking an experienced and strategic-minded Account Manager to lead our communication efforts at Abstrat. In this role, you will be responsible for leading communication strategies that build reputation, drive tangible results, and create a lasting impact for our clients. You will join a passionate team dedicated to communicating with purpose and excellence. This is a leadership-oriented role based in Dar es Salaam.
Your responsibilities will include overseeing client services, managing major accounts, and leading strategic communication planning. You will be at the forefront of media relations, content creation, and campaign management. A significant portion of the role involves performance analysis and reporting to ensure all communication objectives are met. You will also be tasked with building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders and media partners to ensure the success of all initiatives managed by the agency.

Key Requirements
3-5 years of professional experience in PR, communications, or agency work.
Previous agency experience is strongly preferred.
Proven expertise in client service and high-level account management.
Extensive experience in media relations and strategic content creation.
Strong capability in strategic communication planning and implementation.
Experience in managing complex campaigns and corporate events.
Advanced skills in reporting and performance analysis.
Proven ability to manage relationships with stakeholders and media members.
Strong leadership and team collaboration skills.
