Absolute Technical Systems LLP is urgently hiring for a Rigging Supervisor position for a prestigious long-term Oil & Gas project located at the Ruwais Refinery in Abu Dhabi. As a Rigging Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing all lifting and rigging operations on-site, ensuring that every task is performed safely and efficiently. You will lead a team of riggers, coordinating closely with project managers and safety officers to meet project milestones. Candidates must possess a strong technical background and the ability to work under pressure in an industrial refinery setting. Overtime is applicable based on project requirements, providing further earning potential for dedicated professionals.

Key Requirements
Engineering Diploma (Minimum 3 Years) or ITI.
Valid Rigging / Lifting Training Certificates.
Strong Supervisory Skills to manage teams effectively.
Good Communication Ability for reporting and coordination.
Experience in Oil & Gas Projects preferred.
Expertise in calculating load weights and identifying center of gravity.
Familiarity with various types of cranes and specialized lifting gear.
Ability to conduct pre-lift safety briefings and risk assessments.
Knowledge of international safety standards for industrial lifting.
Physical fitness and capability to work in demanding refinery environments.
