ACCOUNTANT / FINANCE MANAGER @ ABS INTERNATIONAL
ABS international is urgently seeking a dedicated and experienced Accountant / Finance Manager to oversee financial operations in Tanzania. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full cycle of accounting, ensuring the accuracy of financial records, and supporting senior management with strategic financial reporting. This role involves comprehensive oversight of day-to-day financial activities, from bookkeeping to the preparation of final financial statements, ensuring compliance with both company policies and regulatory requirements. We offer a competitive compensation package ranging from 2,600,000 to 3,900,000 Tshs per month. Additional benefits include provided food, accommodation, transportation, air tickets, and visa sponsorship for the right candidate.
Key Requirements
B.Com, M.Com, MBA Finance, or CA Inter qualification
Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting and finance experience
Hands-on experience with core accounting and bookkeeping
Proficiency in Tally ERP software
Advanced skills in MS Excel
Proven ability to finalize books of accounts, including P&L and Balance Sheet
Experience in bank reconciliations and cash flow management
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Previous professional experience working within Africa
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
