LOAN OFFICER @ ABG FINANCE
ABG Finance is currently seeking a dedicated and professional Loan Officer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating loan applications, conducting credit analysis, and building strong relationships with our clients to ensure financial solutions are tailored to their needs. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining our high standards of service and accuracy in processing financial documents.
In this role, you will perform field visits to assess the credibility of potential borrowers and monitor existing loan portfolios to ensure timely repayments. We are looking for an individual who is driven, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment to meet organizational targets while adhering to company policies and regulatory requirements.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
Proven experience in credit analysis or loan management.
Strong understanding of financial principles and risk assessment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and financial software.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
High degree of integrity and professional ethics.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Willingness to conduct field visits for client verification.
Fluency in English and Swahili.
