A luxury hospitality group is seeking a visionary Chief Digital Officer to lead its digital transformation and customer experience innovation efforts. This executive mandate involves defining the enterprise-wide digital and e-commerce strategy to maintain the group's competitive edge in the high-end travel and tourism sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving omnichannel customer experience transformation, implementing advanced AI and personalization platforms, and leading digital product and technology teams to ensure a seamless guest journey across all digital touchpoints.
The role focuses on delivering significant revenue growth through digital channels and fostering a culture of innovation within the organization. The Chief Digital Officer will oversee the integration of digital marketing technologies and CX platforms to enhance customer engagement. The package includes a monthly salary of AED 130,000 to 165,000, plus bonuses, housing, family benefits, flights, and long-term incentive plans (LTIP).

Key Requirements
18+ years of experience in digital transformation leadership roles.
Extensive background in the hospitality, travel, or e-commerce industries.
Expertise in customer experience (CX) platforms and digital marketing technology.
