Abble Shipping Limited, a newly established Shipping Agency Company based in Dar es Salaam, is seeking a competent and dedicated Finance Officer. This full-time position is crucial for maintaining the company's financial health and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of financial activities, contributing significantly to the operational efficiency and growth of the organization.
The Finance Officer's responsibilities include preparing and maintaining accurate financial records and reports, as well as diligently monitoring accounts payable and receivable to ensure timely financial transactions. The role also involves processing payments, performing bank reconciliations, and assisting in the preparation of budgets and effective cash flow management. A key aspect of this position is ensuring strict compliance with all tax and statutory requirements, alongside maintaining a meticulous filing system for all financial documents.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field
Minimum of one (1) year of relevant working experience in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of financial regulations and reporting standards
