WAITERS / SERVICE STAFF (2 POSITIONS) @ ABANTU HOTEL
We are hiring two dynamic Waiters / Service Staff to provide exceptional service at our hotel restaurant and lounge. As a member of our service team, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving meals, and ensuring that guests have a pleasant dining experience at Abantu Hotel.

Key Requirements
Minimum 3 years of relevant service experience
Professional grooming and personal presentation
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Excellent English and Swahili communication skills
Ability to stand for long periods
Knowledge of basic food and beverage service techniques
Strong focus on hygiene and cleanliness
Flexibility with working shifts and weekends
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Ability to handle customer complaints with grace
