Abantu Hotel is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations and Training Manager to join our growing team in Dar es Salaam. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily hotel operations, developing and implementing standard operating procedures, and conducting comprehensive staff training programs to ensure high standards of service excellence.
This role requires a leader with a strong operational background in the hospitality sector, specifically within 3-star hotels or higher. You will be expected to drive performance, manage departmental workflows, and foster a positive, productive work environment for all employees.

Key Requirements
Minimum 3 years of relevant hospitality experience
Proven leadership and staff management skills
Excellent knowledge of hotel operational workflows
Strong training and development capabilities
Professional certification in hospitality management
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
Proficiency in hotel management software
