Abantu Hotel is looking for a detail-oriented Linen Keeper to manage our textile inventory in Tanzania. We are a hospitality group dedicated to warmth and family-centered service, and maintaining high-quality linens is key to our guest experience. The Linen Keeper is responsible for sorting, cleaning, and storing linens, as well as tracking inventory to ensure a steady supply for rooms and dining areas.
You will also oversee the distribution of uniforms and monitor the condition of all fabrics. This position requires strong organizational skills and a commitment to maintaining the quality standards of our brand. By ensuring that every piece of linen is spotless and well-maintained, you help uphold the luxury and comfort our guests expect.

Key Requirements
Experience in linen management or industrial laundry operations.
Strong organizational skills to track and manage large inventories.
Knowledge of different fabric types and appropriate cleaning methods.
Ability to perform basic repairs or sewing on linens and uniforms.
Attention to detail in identifying stains or damages in fabrics.
Competency in record-keeping for inventory in and out flows.
Ability to collaborate with the housekeeping and laundry teams.
Physical stamina to handle large loads of laundry and linens.
Commitment to maintaining high standards of textile hygiene.
Effective communication skills for reporting stock levels to management.
