FRONT OFFICE SUPERVISOR @ ABANTU HOTEL
ABANTU HOTEL is looking for a Front Office Supervisor to join our team in Tanzania. As a hospitality group that prides itself on African values of warmth and family-centered service, we require a leader who can maintain high standards of guest satisfaction and operational efficiency at the front desk. The successful candidate will oversee daily front office operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries. You will be responsible for supervising the front desk team, ensuring adherence to company policies, and providing a welcoming atmosphere for all our guests.
Key Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in front office management or supervision.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in hotel management software (PMS).
Fluent in English and Swahili.
Ability to handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally.
Experience in training and scheduling front office staff.
Understanding of hotel security and emergency procedures.
Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or related field.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
