FOOD & BEVERAGE SUPERVISOR @ ABANTU HOTEL
ABANTU HOTEL is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to oversee our dining and bar operations in Tanzania. We are a hospitality group rooted in African values, emphasizing warmth and hospitality, and we need a dedicated professional to ensure our F&B services meet these high standards. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising the waitstaff, bartenders, and service personnel. You will ensure that all dining areas are prepared for service, guests receive exceptional care, and all hygiene protocols are strictly followed to maintain a premium dining experience.
Key Requirements
Proven experience in a supervisory role within the F&B industry.
In-depth knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
Ability to manage staff schedules and training.
Strong customer service skills and complaint resolution.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations in food service.
Basic understanding of inventory management and cost control.
Excellent communication skills in English and Swahili.
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
Certification in hospitality or culinary arts is a plus.
Leadership skills to motivate and guide the service team.
