Key Requirements

Specialization in baking and pastry arts with professional experience. Knowledge of various doughs, breads, and pastry techniques. Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Strong attention to detail and creative presentation skills. Understanding of food safety and hygiene (HACCP). Experience in menu planning for bakery items. Ability to supervise junior kitchen staff and trainees. Proficiency in managing bakery inventory and ordering supplies. Relevant culinary qualification or apprenticeship in baking. Flexibility to work early morning shifts as required.
