Located on the beautiful shores of Lake Garda in Salò, the resort offers guests a high-end experience characterized by elegance and passion. We are currently seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence across Italy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for shaping the Italian market, identifying new business opportunities, and fostering strong connections with key industry partners.
As the Sales Manager, you will represent the resort at various trade fairs and networking events, serving as the face of A-ROSA Lago di Garda. You will work closely with our international commercial department to align local strategies with global goals. Your day-to-day activities will involve developing comprehensive sales activities, negotiating contracts with luxury travel agencies, and ensuring that the resort remains a top choice for travelers seeking luxury hospitality on Lake Garda.

Key Requirements
Extensive experience in hotel sales, specifically within the luxury segment.
Demonstrated strong communication and negotiation skills with a proven track record.
Full professional fluency in both Italian and English languages.
Ability to speak German is considered a significant advantage for the role.
A deep passion for high-end sales and exceptional hospitality standards.
Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
Experience in developing and executing strategic sales and market plans.
Willingness and ability to represent the resort at international trade fairs and events.
