3T Tanzania is entering an ambitious growth phase and is seeking a dedicated Project Development Lead to oversee and scale forest restoration and high-integrity carbon projects throughout Tanzania. This role is central to our mission of integrating climate action with biodiversity recovery and sustainable community livelihoods. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading field teams in various environments, ensuring that project objectives are met with the highest standards of integrity and efficiency.
As the Project Development Lead, you will navigate complex land tenure systems and manage project budgets to ensure successful delivery. The position is based in Morogoro but requires a strong willingness to travel to remote project sites. You will work at the forefront of environmental conservation, bridging the gap between technical carbon project requirements and on-the-ground community impact.
