360 HR Solution Co. Ltd is seeking a dynamic, energetic, and customer-focused Wellness Ambassador to join a growing wellness team in Dar es Salaam. This full-time position is ideal for individuals passionate about health, customer care, and dedicated to helping people improve their overall well-being. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in promoting a healthy lifestyle and facilitating positive client interactions within a supportive team environment.
Key responsibilities for this role include conducting engaging wellness presentations and educational sessions for diverse audiences. The Wellness Ambassador will perform wellness consultations with patients and clients, preparing and organizing consultation and reporting rooms efficiently. They will also assist the team doctor during patient adjustment sessions, educate patients on fundamental wellness principles and healthy lifestyle guidelines, and actively promote various wellness programs to encourage client participation. Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients while consistently delivering exceptional customer service is paramount to this role's success.

Key Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Public Health, Nutrition, Nursing, Health Promotion, Community Development, Psychology, Sports Science, Physical Education, Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
Minimum of one (1) year of professional working experience.
Must be 25 years of age or above.
Proficient computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and other basic computer applications.
Fluency in both English and Swahili is highly advantageous.
Demonstrated passion for providing outstanding customer service and working collaboratively in a team.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills with a positive attitude and proven track record.
Possess an entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to take initiative and drive results.
Strong multitasking and organizational skills, coupled with leadership potential and a willingness to learn.
Energetic, self-motivated, dependable, results-oriented, physically fit, and maintain a professional appearance.
