Key Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Transport Management, or Supply Chain.
At least 2–3 years of experience in fleet tracking or transport operations.
Proficiency in GPS/Fleet Tracking Systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
Ability to work under pressure and monitor trips continuously.
Knowledge of international border transport regulations.
Experience in route optimization and dispatch management.
Proactive problem-solving capability regarding vehicle breakdowns and route issues.
