360hr solution is seeking a dedicated and experienced Transport Officer to join their team in Dar es Salaam. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the transportation department, ensuring that all logistics activities are executed efficiently and in compliance with company policies. This role involves coordinating vehicle schedules, managing drivers, and optimizing routes to ensure timely delivery and transport services. The position offers a monthly salary of 1,200,000 NETPAY.

Key Requirements
Bachelor degree in logistics, supply chain, or a related field.
Working experience as a transport officer for a minimum of two to five years.
High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management.
Strong experience working with specialized logistics software systems.
Excellent coordination skills and the ability to solve complex problems.
Proven ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Deep understanding of local transport laws and safety regulations.
Strong communication skills for interacting with drivers and external vendors.
Expertise in fleet maintenance scheduling and performance monitoring.
Ability to analyze fuel consumption and implement cost-saving measures.
