OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR – FUEL LOGISTICS @ 360HR SOLUTION
360Hr Solution is seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Supervisor to manage our fuel logistics division in Dar es Salaam. The successful candidate will play a critical role in overseeing the end-to-end fuel transportation process, ensuring high levels of efficiency, safety, and compliance with industry regulations.
Key responsibilities include supervising daily transport operations, coordinating fuel loading and offloading activities, and maintaining accurate inventory reconciliation. You will be expected to monitor operational KPIs, manage fleet schedules to optimize utilization, and foster strong relationships with drivers, customers, and depot personnel to ensure seamless operational flow throughout the region.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Logistics & Transport Management, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Petroleum Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 3–4 years of proven experience in Fuel Logistics Operations or petroleum transportation.
Strong knowledge of fuel stock management, inventory control, and logistics operations.
Experience working with fuel depots, petroleum terminals, or oil marketing companies.
Good understanding of fleet management and transport planning.
Knowledge of HSE standards and fuel handling procedures.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and operational reporting systems.
Ability to work under pressure and meet operational deadlines.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
