360hr solution is recruiting on behalf of a client in the logistics industry for a dedicated and experienced HR Supervisor. This role is pivotal in overseeing the human resources department, ensuring that daily operations align with organizational goals and Tanzanian labor regulations. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing personnel in a fast-paced logistics environment, bridging the gap between management and staff while ensuring operational excellence.
The HR Supervisor will be responsible for a wide range of tasks including recruitment, onboarding, payroll support, and employee relations. By maintaining high standards of compliance and fostering a positive work culture, the supervisor will help drive the efficiency and effectiveness of the logistics team. This position is strictly open to Tanzanian nationals who possess a deep understanding of local labour laws and have at least four years of specific experience in the logistics sector.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 4 years’ professional HR experience specifically within the logistics industry.
Comprehensive understanding and practical application of Tanzanian labour laws.
Proven leadership and team supervision capabilities to manage daily HR staff operations.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective employee relations.
Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills to handle disciplinary matters.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and high-pressure operational environment.
Proficiency in managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
Experience in payroll preparation support and maintaining detailed HR reporting.
Strong organizational skills for the meticulous maintenance of employee records and HR documentation.
