Our client is seeking an experienced Deputy Sales Manager to lead sales initiatives within the heavy construction machinery industry in Dar es Salaam. The successful candidate will spearhead sales team efforts, identify new market opportunities, and ensure the achievement of ambitious regional sales targets.
This role involves deep market engagement, including competitor analysis, relationship building with key stakeholders, and close coordination with headquarters. The Deputy Sales Manager will be instrumental in recruiting and training sales talent, ensuring compliance with risk-control policies, and delivering high-quality customer service.

Key Requirements
Minimum 5 years' sales experience in heavy construction machinery
Minimum 2 years' sales management experience
Excellent English speaking and writing skills
Strong sales, leadership, communication, and coordination skills
Proficiency in Excel and MS Office
Valid driving licence
Strong knowledge of the assigned territory
Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related field
Strong analytical skills for market intelligence reporting
Ability to manage payment collections and mitigate financial risk
