Our Client is seeking 7 Sales Cum Drivers to join their fast-paced FMCG team. The role focuses on driving sales growth, developing new customer relationships, and ensuring efficient product deliveries across assigned routes in Dar es Salaam. Ideal candidates will manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to final delivery and payment collection.
In addition to sales activities, you will be responsible for the safe operation and basic maintenance of the company vehicle. This role requires a high level of energy, honesty, and a proven track record in meeting daily sales targets within the FMCG sector.

Key Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in FMCG Sales
Experience in sales, distribution, or route-to-market operations
Valid driving licence
Good knowledge of Dar es Salaam routes and customer locations
Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
Target-driven and able to work independently
Good understanding of FMCG products and market dynamics
Honest, reliable, energetic, and results-oriented
Ability to maintain accurate sales and delivery records
Capability to handle physical deliveries and customer collections
