Key Requirements
Valid nursing license from the current country of residence.
Minimum of two years of clinical experience in an ICU hospital setting.
Demonstrated expertise in Emergency Room (ER) nursing protocols.
Proven proficiency in performing and monitoring Dialysis procedures.
Attainment of an IELTS academic overall band score of 6.5.
Achievement of a score of at least 7.0 in the IELTS speaking component.
Successful completion of the NCLEX-RN examination or eligibility to sit for it.
Strong commitment to relocating and working in the United States.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Ability to provide high-quality care in high-pressure acute care environments.
Willingness to undergo background checks and credential verification processes.
Strong interpersonal skills for collaborating within multidisciplinary teams.
