Key Requirements
Must have successfully passed the NCLEX-RN examination.
Hold a Bachelor of Science in Nursing or Diploma in Nursing from an accredited institution.
Must be a registered nurse in Kenya with a valid nursing license.
Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a hospital setting.
Proficiency in English, including passing scores in IELTS or PTE Academic.
Willingness to undergo the US visa application and screening process.
Possession of a valid Kenyan passport for international travel.
Clean criminal background record and medical fitness certificate.
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
Commitment to relocating and working in a healthcare facility in the United States.
