VEHICLE ELECTRICIAN (EV & HYBRID SPECIALIST) 1 POSITION @ 2COMS CONSULTING
We are urgently hiring a skilled Vehicle Electrician specializing in Electric Vehicle (EV) and Hybrid systems for a position based in Oman. The selected candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing complex components including Battery Management Systems (BMS), inverters, and EV charging systems. This role requires a high level of expertise in modern automotive diagnostic technologies and CAN bus networks. The salary for this position ranges from OMR 700 to OMR 900 per month.
The role involves working with advanced automotive systems, troubleshooting fault codes in lithium-ion batteries, electric motors, and replacing DC-DC converters. Candidates should possess international certification and at least five years of experience in the field. This is a two-year contract position following Omani Labour Law, with accommodation and utilities provided. Successful applicants will be expected to work 9 hours per day with one day off per week in a fast-paced environment.

Key Requirements
Minimum 5+ years in EV/Hybrid vehicle repair.
Certified EV Technician (International certification preferred).
Advanced English communication skills.
Age below 40 years.
Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing Battery Management Systems (BMS).
Experience with inverters and EV charging systems.
Skilled in working with CAN bus networks and advanced diagnostic software.
Ability to interpret fault codes in lithium-ion batteries and electric motors.
Expertise in repairing or replacing DC-DC converters and onboard chargers.
Ability to work independently under pressure and maintain safety standards.
