This full-time, on-site Senior Technical Services Engineer role is located in the Cần Giuộc district. The primary responsibility involves providing high-level technical services and support to customers, troubleshooting complex technical issues, and ensuring the superior performance of BERICAP products. You will collaborate closely with internal R&D and production teams to drive customer success and ensure the highest standards of quality.

The ideal candidate will focus on product safety, consumer convenience, and sustainability, helping the company achieve its goals in lightweight design and recycled materials. Daily tasks include analyzing technical challenges, developing effective solutions, and managing on-site technical operations. With a focus on ISO 9001 certification and GRSI Benchmarking standards, the Senior Technical Services Engineer plays a critical role in maintaining BERICAP's reputation for excellence and innovation in the global closure market.

Key Requirements

Proven experience in Technical Services and Technical Support Strong Analytical Skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical problems Excellent Communication skills for interacting with customers and internal teams Ability to work on-site and manage technical challenges in a fast-paced environment A degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline is preferred Familiarity with closure systems, plastics, or packaging manufacturing is a plus Experience with ISO 9001 certification and GRSI Benchmarking standards Ability to collaborate with internal R&D centers and mold shops Strong focus on product safety and consumer convenience Knowledge of sustainable designs and recycled materials
