We are seeking a highly experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer to join our team in Watsonville, CA. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing complex enterprise ServiceNow solutions, leveraging their extensive experience of over 12 years. This onsite role requires deep technical knowledge across various ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITBM, ITAM, and ITOM to ensure robust platform performance and integration.

The role involves building intricate workflows, scripts, and platform configurations while supporting critical platform upgrades and administration. You will collaborate closely with various stakeholders within an Agile and DevOps environment to deliver high-quality IT solutions. Expertise in JavaScript, REST/SOAP APIs, and platform security through ACLs is essential for success in this position. The candidate will be expected to work onsite from day one and contribute to the continuous improvement of our IT service management systems.

Key Requirements

12+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and platform architecture. Extensive expertise in ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITBM, ITAM, and ITOM. Advanced proficiency in JavaScript for platform customization and development. Proven experience with REST and SOAP API integrations between ServiceNow and third-party tools. Deep understanding of ServiceNow Workflows, Business Rules, and Client Scripts. Strong knowledge of UI Policies, Data Policies, and Access Control Lists (ACLs). Experience managing ServiceNow platform upgrades, performance tuning, and health checks. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and integrating ServiceNow into a DevOps culture. Ability to work in an Agile environment and collaborate effectively with stakeholders. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
