You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues and optimize the performance of financial crime technology solutions.

Key Requirements

Actimize AIS – good functional/technical knowledge and hands-on experience. ActOne – working knowledge and exposure to configuration/support. STAR module – working knowledge and exposure in implementation/support. Oracle PL/SQL – strong hands-on development skills including performance tuning. Expertise in writing complex SQL queries and stored procedures. Previous experience in financial crime compliance or AML technology environments. Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely manner. Strong verbal and written communication skills for team collaboration. Familiarity with the software development life cycle (SDLC) and support frameworks. Ability to work onsite in Richmond, VA, or demonstrate a track record of high-performance remote work.
