We are seeking a highly skilled AWS Cloud API and Microservices Architect to join our dynamic team in Phoenix, AZ. In this onsite role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and overseeing the implementation of scalable API solutions and microservices architectures within the AWS cloud environment. You will play a pivotal role in defining technical standards and ensuring that our systems are built for high performance, reliability, and security. The successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of various communication protocols such as REST, GraphQL, and SOAP, alongside proficiency in OpenAPI and Swagger for API documentation. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical architectures and guide the development process from inception to deployment. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced architect to drive innovation and excellence in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Key Requirements

Expertise in AWS Cloud services and cloud-native architecture. Significant experience in designing and implementing Microservices. Proficiency in working with REST, GraphQL, and SOAP protocols. Hands-on experience with API documentation using OpenAPI and Swagger. Strong understanding of cloud security best practices and identity management. Ability to design scalable and high-availability distributed systems. Experience with onsite collaboration and technical leadership. Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes. Familiarity with CI/CD tools and automated deployment processes. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills for complex architectural challenges.
