Prince of Pierogi is gearing up for an exciting and busy season, and we are looking for strong, dedicated kitchen team members to join our Back of House operations. We have openings available at both our Sturgeon Bay and Ephraim locations in Wisconsin. This is a seasonal opportunity running from May 1st through November 1st, perfect for individuals looking to work in a high-energy environment during the peak months. Our team thrives on collaboration and efficiency, ensuring that every guest receives the highest quality experience.

Key Requirements

Must be reliable and maintain consistent attendance throughout the season. Demonstrate a strong, hardworking attitude and a proactive approach to tasks. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure kitchen environment. Availability to work for the duration of the season from May 1st to November 1st. Excellent teamwork and communication skills to coordinate with other staff. Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area. Physical stamina required for standing, walking, and lifting during long shifts. Strict adherence to all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations. Willingness to assist with various kitchen duties including prep work and cleaning. Flexibility to work at either the Sturgeon Bay or Ephraim restaurant locations.
