Applicants should have between 1 to 3 years of experience in US IT Bench Sales and possess a strong understanding of US tax terms such as W2, C2C, and 1099. The role involves negotiating pay rates, coordinating interviews, and achieving specific monthly placement targets and key performance indicators. Proficiency with major job portals like Dice, Monster, and LinkedIn is essential, along with the ability to work night shifts to align with US business hours. Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills are critical for success in this performance-oriented environment.
