Techlean IT is seeking skilled SAP ABAP Developers to join our W2 marketing program, specifically aimed at those currently on H1B Transfer or H4EAD visas. We act as a bridge between talented developers and top-tier clients across the USA. In this role, you will be responsible for the design, development, and testing of SAP application technical solutions. You will work closely with functional consultants to translate business requirements into technical specifications. Key Requirements

Valid H1B Transfer or H4EAD visa status. Strong experience in SAP ABAP programming and development. Knowledge of ABAP Objects, BAPI, BADI, IDOC, and RFC. Experience with SAP HANA and S/4HANA technical environments. Ability to develop and maintain technical specifications for SAP projects. Proficiency in debugging and performance tuning of ABAP code. Experience with SAP Fiori or UI5 is a significant advantage. Understanding of SAP functional modules (FI/CO, SD, MM, etc.). Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Effective communication skills for collaborating with functional teams.
