SOLUTION ARCHITECT – CONTACT CENTER / AWS / MICROSERVICES @ MR TECHNOSOFT
We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect with a specialized background in Contact Center technologies, AWS, and Microservices to lead our enterprise-scale initiatives in Austin, TX. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing end-to-end scalable architectures across distributed systems, ensuring that our technical foundations are robust, performant, and reliable. You will translate complex business requirements into High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) documentation, serving as a bridge between business stakeholders and engineering teams while driving the development of modern frameworks.
The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams while defining enterprise architecture standards and best practices. You will collaborate closely with CRM and service management teams to integrate omnichannel solutions and optimize system performance within AWS environments. Experience with event-driven systems using Kafka and container orchestration via Kubernetes is essential. We are looking for a proactive professional who can drive innovation through architecture reviews and governance, ensuring our systems remain at the forefront of modern cloud technology and meet the evolving needs of large-scale enterprise users.
