We are seeking a dedicated AV Systems Engineer to join our team in a hybrid capacity based in Seattle. This role is crucial for supporting and enhancing enterprise audio-visual environments, specifically focusing on Zoom Rooms and Q-SYS systems. You will also play a key role in supporting physical installations, large-scale deployments, and providing technical oversight for both live and internal corporate events. This is a six-month duration contract that requires a hands-on professional who can balance remote work with on-site requirements in Seattle as necessary.

Key Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of experience in AV or IT systems support roles. Hands-on experience with AV control systems, with a strong preference for Q-SYS. Proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues within an enterprise environment. Basic exposure to scripting and automation using languages like Lua or JSON. Willingness and ability to work onsite in Seattle, WA, as part of a hybrid schedule. Experience monitoring system health and utilizing alerting tools for proactive resolution. Ability to support physical installations and hardware deployments across office locations. Technical proficiency in supporting live and internal corporate events. Familiarity with Zoom Rooms software and general conferencing technology. Experience with hardware vendors such as Logitech or Neat is considered an asset.
